All WebMail Services (http://mail.gigliottiprod.com)
were offline for about 15 minutes today while we
performed scheduled maintenance. During this time, any
messages that may of been received or sent were properly
routed, however, some users may have
experienced timeouts or errors while attempting to
connect to the WebMail Interface.

SCHEDULED SYSTEM DOWNTIME (GIG.CORE.GIGLIOTTIPROD.COM)
The Gigliottiprod Network will have downtime between 3:15pm - 4:30pm EST, Wednesday October 5th, 2005, for some scheduled maintenance which includes some hardware updates to distribute some of the load lately on core systems.
During this time period, some services may be unavailable and/or unresponsive.
The weeklong work on the mail servers has come to an end. This work was done since some users were informing us that they were having problems sending mail to some domains such as Comcast users. All relaying servers have been updated and are synced with root servers daily to ensure that this problem does not happen in the future. All mail that was not properly sent in the last 8 days has been re-inserted into queue automatically to be sent to its proper recipient.

Recently, The Gigliottiprod Network has been testing the features of a program called Skype which does exactly what is says it does: Makes crystal clear telephone calls. Check it out!
You can contact the Administrator via Skype using the username 'ZeroPing16'

The Gigliottiprod Gentoo Linux Server System is currently in development and is on its way to becoming one of many great feature being developed here at The Gigliottiprod Network...
Beginning at about 10pm August 18th, The Gigliottiprod Network will start switching over to our new DNS servers. During this process, there may be times when pages and some hosting accounts will not load properly. Please understand that this process is for the near future upgrade to Plesk running on our Gentoo Linux Server(s).
The hostname of our new DNS servers will be the following:
Note: These severs will not be fully functional until August 22nd. For information regarding how this change might effect the name resolution of your domain, please contact support.
Changing our DNS servers will allow for the new Control Panel System, Plesk, to run properly and will allow for quick domain change time which happened often in the past.

The initial release of Helm was pushed back due to some known compatibility issues it provided. Because of this, The Gigliottiprod Network is going to be purchasing a new server, which will be powered by the robust Gentoo Linux Operating System. Helm will be replaced by Plesk, which is 100% compatible with Gentoo.
Now, The Gigliottiprod Network is being partnered with DufProof Servers for management of our Linux Servers. With this, Gigliottiprod will be able to offer services to many users using both the power of Linux and Windows Server Systems.
Since Helm has been long awaited, we are sorry to be pushing such as major release back to October 1st, 2005.
All sites will continue to be fully operational during this one month transition period.
Gigliottiprod will continue to provide support and services to all of our users during this process. To purchase a hosting solution, please contact us...

Unfortunately, the automatic signup process for a mail
account with Gigliottiprod was being abused by about 10
individuals that where using their accounts to seed out
spam. Because of this, we have disabled the sign-up process,
and now, the administrator will have to make the accounts
manually on request. If you are interested in an account,
please contact us and we will be glad to set you up with
one, thank you for this understanding.
Also...
Gigliottiprod G-Radio is finally getting some attention,
since, a request system is now in the process of being made.
Check it out and let us know what you think since we will be
working on this for the next month...
All Mail Services went down for about an hour today while
we performed a major software update to a newer version.
This version includes new features and will be more stable
and secure.
During this update, all mail received was rerouted to a
temporary location and will be automatically placed into
your account 12am EST July 2. Unfortunately, any mail that
users attempted to send within this time-frame were not sent
until 6pm EST July 1, were are sorry for any problems this
may have caused.
Next scheduled downtime is scheduled for December 5th,
2005.

Quick Note: Gigliottiprod was going online and offline for
about an hour today while we were getting a service upgrade
from our ISP for a better upstream speed. Sorry for an
problems this may of caused anyone.

The Gigliottiprod Network is undergoing a complete
redesign from the ground up throughout the months of June
and July. Must of the next features will be used to have a
more user friendly interface for subscription users. This
piece of software,
Helm, will allow all users with a hosting account to
manage everything from a web interface without the need of
the administrator. This will also allow for account setups
to be a single step process, instead of the old style of
manually creating each account for each application.
I am very exciting about the next generation here at
Gigliottiprod, but getting there will be somewhat difficult.
Gigliottiprod will be running dual-web servers, Apache for
most of the content, and IIS for ASP availability for Helm.
Getting both of these very different servers to run in
harmony will be quite a challenge, but, at the end it will
all pay off.
Also, Helm is a professional product that cost about
$525. If you can, please contact us if you can donate
anything to help us with our next generation project.
